SEA 00C Vision
SEA 00C's Vision is to continually improve and expand ocean engineering capabilities and operational responsiveness essential to enhancing our ability to serve the Nation.

Working together, we will accomplish this by increasing our technical expertise, exploiting state-of-the-art technologies, improving procedures, and developing new technologies while remaining committed to safety. Education, experience, flexibility in structure and function, enthusiasm, open-mindedness, and sense of duty will be essential to conquering our future challenges.

SEA 00C Mission
SEA 00C's Mission is to provide technical, operational, and emergency support to the Navy, DoD, and other Federal agencies, in the ocean engineering disciplines of marine salvage, pollution abatement, diving, diving system certification, and underwater ship husbandry. We prevent, respond to, and minimize the effects of catastrophes and other national emergencies. By improving readiness, safety and capability, we enable the Nation, if necessary, to fight and win.
