he DWLS is a surface mounted winch and flotation system designed to lift unexploded ordnance weighing up to 2500 lbs (in air) from a sea floor depth of 300 fsw to immediately below the lift system. The DWLS will consist of an oversize inflatable innertube flotation device within an aluminum framework.
