MK 25 Mod 0 Ferrous Ordnance Locator The MK 25 Mod 0 Ferrous Ordnance Locator is a cesium vapor magnetometer used by the EOD diver locating underwater ferrous metal objects that are buried and/or proud of the bottom including mines, misplaced equipment and downed aircraft. The locator specifically detects changes in the Earth’s magnetic field resulting from ferrous metallic objects.
