NEDU is located within Naval Support Activity, Panama City, Florida. From Panama City-Bay County Airport, take Lisenby Avenue south to SR-390. Turn right (west) onto SR-390. Turn right (west) onto SR-368 (23rd Street). Turn right onto US-98 west. Cross the Hathaway Bridge and turn left onto Thomas Drive. Enter the Naval Support Activity base on your left at the second light. The normal working hours of this gate is between 0600 (6:00 AM) and 1800 (6:00 PM) during the week. For a vehicle pass and directions to NEDU you will need to stop at the Visitor Reception Center located on the right just before you reach the vehicle check point.
